A pretty decent sized crop in 2025 gave us extra to put into the project.

Roussanne is perfect, an unusual variety plus it has some very interesting characters. Florals, citrus, can be a little like semillon even with some herbal notes. We've made it as a single variety in oak before so a good opportunity to trial in globe.

A great wine to throw into a tasting as they are pretty rare.

Ravensworth Wine Globe Project
Over three vintages we tested out these 220l wine globes. Using various estate grown varieties, on and off skins, for one year on lees. They are released as this project in 2026
