Let's try a red wine, a variety with decent yet fine tannins as well. 

Nebbiolo, one of the more fragrant red varietals, is a perfect red for globes. Very floral, lots of red fruits and a firm tannic finish.

Sounds great, see what you think, it's pretty intense.

Ravensworth Wine Globe Project
Over three vintages we tested out these 220l wine globes. Using various estate grown varieties, on and off skins, for one year on lees. They are released as this project in 2026
