Out this month, our dry, textural super aromatic riesling.
Sourced from 4 local vineyards, including our own this year.
It's delicate, floral and spicy with loads of citrus. Palate carries plenty of flavour with a nice balancing texture from the extended lees contact and from the various vessels with use: Ceramic, Concrete and foudre.
A slightly different take on the normal riesling.

Something interesting: Riesling is a mid-season ripener, comes in just before Shiraz.
Drink with: Seafood - particularly scallops and other molluscs - conversely, roast pork
