One of the great Italian white varieties that hails from Campania, near Rome. More on the richer side of the styles Fiano can create but still lovely acidity and fragrance.

Fiano has layers of lemony citrus with a touch of white peach and an almondy finish.

Something interesting: Fiano is a variety that loves sunshine and can handle wet condition. Perfect for this world we've created.
Drink with: Seafood - pan-fried white fish or just a simple Olio e aglio pasta
