Its back again, one of our top selling and precious wines. Sourced from two vineyards in the nearby hilltops region. This wine spends months on skins to extract everything then tucked away in foudre for the rest of the two year elevage.

A lighter colour yields to intense floral aromas and that special tannin that only nebbiolo has. Our tenth vintage of this variety and we think it a very special wine.

"No mucking around here: this spends six months on skins in 1000L cuves, then aged 18 months in foudre. While the tannins are pomace-like and grainy, all in a positive way, they are perfectly ripe, rendering this a pleasure to drink, and it’s backed up with good flavour and structure. Spicy red fruits, cherries and plums mainly, a distinct blood orange/chinotto flavour but remains steadfastly savoury. Medium bodied, lively acidity and an almost cooling finish. Excellent Aussie nebbiolo."
