"A Spanish inspired blend of Grenache (Granacha tinto), Tempranillo (Tempranillo) and Graciano. A juicy little number that hopeful evokes the blue Mediterranean, paella and bullfighting

Spanish food with lots of tomatoes, seafood and stuff. 

CELLARING
Down it now or short term over the next few years.

VINTAGE NOTES Brilliant all round, warm, dry, small crops

WINEMAKING NOTES Fairly simple whole-berry ferment, on skins for two weeks, pressed and into 5 year old, neutral barriques. unfiltered as per usual

ANALYSIS  pH3.8, TA 6.7g/l, RS 0.3g/l, FSO2 25ppm
