"A Spanish inspired blend of Grenache (Granacha tinto), Tempranillo (Tempranillo) and for the first time Graciano makes a splash. A juicy little number that hopeful evokes the blue Mediterranean, paella and bullfighting

Spanish food with lots of tomatoes, seafood and stuff.

WINEMAKING NOTES Fairly simple whole-berry ferment, on skins for two weeks, pressed and into 5 year old, neutral barriques. unfiltered as per usual

ANALYSIS  pH3.7, TA 5.9g/l, RS 0.3g/l, FSO2 22ppm
